Employers of Peers

PSCFL serves employers through an updated Career Center where employers can post jobs for peers. The Career Center is also a portal through which employers of peers can search peer profiles for resumes that peers have updated and made searchable within their profile.

Employers may also request PSCFL to highlight jobs to our members in a targeted email blast, for a small fee. For additional information or to request a targeted job posting, please email [email protected].

One of our focus areas under the National Consumer and Consumer Supporter Technical Assistance Centers grant is employers of peers. PSCFL is providing technical assistance to employers to assist in hiring and retaining peers along with supporting peers in job seeking and retention strategies.
